The Culture & Well Being Solutions are based on the The Culture Think Tank Model of Good Company Culture & Well-Being Indices powered by Tableau and Einstein DiscoveryTM.
These Solutions analyze thousands of data points in real-time, providing Senior Leaders with Research-level Insights & Action Plans derived by predictive, Performance Analytics models.

Focus on Return
Core to The Culture Think Tank is the focus and priority on measuring and tracking return. Included within each Solution is an Action Plan derived from an organization’s results.
Each Action Plan prioritizes the key leadership behaviors (learning pathway) an organization should focus on for a given period that have the greatest likelihood of improving Culture and Well-Being within the workplace.
On average, organizations who follow their action plan improve their culture and well-being scores by 28.6% within 90 days.
Additionally, each Action Plan has a focused a learning pathway that includes short quick tip videos and supporting articles that reinforce key leadership behaviors.
